Ayala Hendin is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Minerva Center for Human Rights at Hebrew University of Jerusalem as well as a Teaching Fellow in the joint B.A. program combining politics and government with education at Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Her areas of interest include social policy, diversity, citizenship, equity and equality, Israeli society, and academia-society relations. Dr. Hendin's research focuses on student composition diversity policies in higher education in Israel, with special attention to the way socio-economic and civic-national status influences such policies. She received her Ph.D. from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (2021).
