Tamara Lotner Lev's areas of expertise are environmental law and policy; natural resource management and policy; Israeli government; energy from the perspective of geopolitics, economy, law, and the environment; maritime zone regulation; transportation and smart mobility policy; and regulating artificial intelligence and innovation. Dr. Lotner Lev serves as an elected board member in the Israeli Society of Ecology and Environmental Science and is a legal advisor in the Ministry of Justice responsible for environmental protection, transportation and maritime zones. She previously taught environmental law at Tel Aviv University. She received her Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University (2017).
