Anat Balint

Anat Balint is a media scholar specializing in the political economy of the media, Israeli media, media ethics, freedom of the press, and stealth advertising (branded content). Dr. Balint previously taught at, San Francisco State University, the College of Management, Tel Aviv University, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and the University of Haifa. She is also a former correspondent for Haaretz, where she covered the media industry in Israel. Dr. Balint received her Ph.D. from the University of London (2016).
