Niva Elkin-Koren is a Professor of Law at Tel Aviv University and a Faculty Associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. She is a former Dean of University of Haifa Faculty of Law and the Founding Director of the Center for Cyber, Law and Policy (CCLP) and of the Haifa Center for Law & Technology (HCLT). Professor Elkin-Koren's areas of interest include copyright law, intellectual property, innovation policy, access to knowledge, information law, governance by AI, and governance of AI. She previously taught at UCLA, New York University, George Washington University, and Villanova University. Professor Elkin-Koren received her LL.B. from Tel Aviv University (1989), LL.M. from Harvard University (1991), and her S.J.D. from Stanford University (1995).
