Dr. Azri Amram is an anthropologist whose research focuses on the relations between Jewish and Palestinian citizens of Israel in food spaces. He previously held a postdoctoral fellowship at “Mimshak” - a science and policy fellowships program at the Israel Society of Ecology and Environmental Sciences (ISEES) - and served as the Secretary of the Israeli Anthropological Association and as a board member of the Israeli Association of Culinary Culture.
