Lihi Lahat is an senior lecturer in the Department of Administration & Public Policy at Sapir Academic College and an Affiliate Associate Professor at the Azrieli Institute of Israel Studies at Concordia University in Montreal. Dr. Lahat's fields of interest are perceptions of poverty, the regulation of social services, the trust of public officials, collaborative governance, and uses of time and their effect on people’s well-being from a comparative policy perspective. Her papers have been published in journals such as Policy Sciences, Social Policy & Administration and International Review of Administrative Sciences. She recently co-edited, Collaborative Governance:
Theory and Lessons from Israel (Palgrave-Macmillan, 2021). Dr. Lahat received her Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University (2007).
