Gilead Sher is the Isaac and Mildred Brochstein Fellow in Middle East Peace and Security in Honor of Yitzhak Rabin at Rice University's Baker Institute. He is also a Senior Researcher at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS), where he heads the Center for Applied Negotiations, which he founded in 2013. A senior partner at the law firm Gilead Sher & Co., he serves on several corporate executive boards and public councils and chairs the executive board of Sapir Academic College. Mr. Sher is a former Israeli Chief and co-Chief Negotiator at the 2000 Camp David summit and the 2001 Taba talks and served as Prime Minister Barak's Chief of Staff and PM Policy Coordinator.
