Ilai Saltzman

Ilai Saltzman's area of expertise is international relations. He has previously taught at Claremont McKenna College, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv University. Dr. Saltzman was also a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is the author of "Securitizing Balance of Power Theory: A Polymorphic Reconceptualization" (2012) and has published articles in a number of academic journals. His current research project focuses on Israeli Professional Military Education (PME). He received his Ph.D. from the University of Haifa (2010).
