Uri Yanay is Professor Emeritus in the Paul Baerwald School of Social Work and Social Welfare at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His research interests include personal social services, social policy and services designed for victims of crime and terrorism, restorative justice programs, family group conferencing, ‘victim impact statement', and the empowerment of individuals and groups through conferencing and mediation programs. Professor Yanay received his Ph.D. from Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1983).
